A better future for every learner in Southeast Asia

December 8-9, 2015 | Quezon City, Philippines

SEAMEO INNOTECH 14th International Conference

The 14th International Conference will focus on the youth and their reflections on improving the quality of education in the region. The voice of the youth, those who will eventually take up leadership roles and responsibilities, is an essential ingredient in forging new goals in the post-2015 landscape.

Complementing the voice of the youth would be the thoughts of education and development leaders in the region, promising innovative approaches towards building a better future for every learner.

2015 IC Aims & Objectives

The two-day conference aims to give an opportunity for young people and education policy makers, practitioners, and other stakeholders to come together in dialogue and shape the education priorities for the region. It also hopes to surface innovative and practical inputs to the education development agenda. These recommendations should bring together the passion and sentiments of the youth nuanced by the experience and expertise of seasoned education professionals. The youth’s post-2015 education agenda would be presented to the high officials and ministers of education of Southeast Asia. These reflections will take place in a friendly, inclusive, and above all, fun manner.
